The course will commence each day at 8.30 am and end at 5.00 pm. We would appreciate it if you could be there by 8.20 am on the first day to join us for a cup of tea/coffee beforehand.

Stationery and a course manual will be provided. However it is essential that you bring with you a light novel, together with a textbook containing data that you wish to study and remember. Neither book should have been read prior to the course. Ideally, the textbook should be one you can mark and highlight, and the novel should be in your mother tongue.

In addition to the formal sessions, delegates will be expected to do a short homework assignment.

The course is demanding, and the use of cell phones is strongly discouraged during the day. Making arrangements to return calls after hours will allow you to focus your full attention on enjoying the course.
